Thelma is a 2002 Monaco Diplomat RV. She is 40-feet long and has a main living area with a custom built dining section, kitchen section with a fridge, freezer and pantry, two custom built bunks and a wardrobe with a large cabinet and drawers. The bathroom area is in between the main living area and the back bedroom, which has a queen size bed, large closet and plenty of cabinets and drawers for storage.

Our family has been living on Thelma full-time and traveling the U.S. and Mexico since November 2020. We have fallen in love with Thelma & Louise, but are transitioning our travels to sailing French Polynesia and the South Pacific on a catamaran, ultimately making our way to Australia where we will be living.
While we are going to be very sad to see Thelma go, we are sure you will love and appreciate her as much as we have and she will help you make amazing memories.
Motorhomes can be extraordinarily expensive and we have found Thelma to provide us with amazing value without having to compromise on anything.
We bought her last fall in Virginia from an 80+ yearl old couple who had used her to tour churches and sing gospel music, but had to stop due to failing health. We spent 2 months full-time fixing and restoring Thelma in order to prepare her for her biggest adventure yet. She is the perfect mix of modern and vintage and hasn’t skipped a beat in the over 9,000 miles we have traveled.

We have lived, worked and traveled in Thelma full time for over six months and all systems are in excellent condition with many upgrades and new components.
We did a full refurbishment of Thelma in September/October 2020 which included full servicing of the engine, drive train, and generator. We refurbished and upgraded elements of the electrical systems, installed new LED lights, fitted USB charge ports throughout, added a cell booster system, upgraded her solar system controllers, refurbished the water system, installed a new skylight, resealed all roof components, installed new interior trim and new appliances including GE microwave/convection oven and Splendide washer/dryer combination.
Thelma performs well on and off the grid with a 4 solar panel system and two controllers providing substantial power generation and redundancy.
She is spacious, easy to handle and incredibly well appointed.
Thelma comes with a variety of additional extras including shore power cables (for 30A and 50A), water lines, waste lines, exterior table, folding indoor (4) and outdoor (4) chairs, ladder, spare parts, UPS systems, and many more accessories.
I have helped a few friends work on their RVs and I am amazed at how flimsy newer RVs are and it makes me appreciate how solidly Thelma was built. It took me months to come to fully appreciate all she had to offer so I am happy to give you a full orientation to Thelma and all her systems to minimize the learning curve.
We are also offering our 2016 Jeep Wrangler (affectionately known as “Louise”) as a package deal if you want a fully integrated set up. Thelma has the Brute Elite II tow package with brake assist, full taillight light connectivity, and Louise has the Blue Ox Baseplate which is a premium towing combination.
Louise the Jeep is the Sports Unlimited Edition with upgraded front bumper and full roof rack package. She has almost 42,000 miles on her but almost 10,000 of those miles were towed (no inherent wear and tear on the engine or transmission).
We are selling Thelma and Louise for $75,000 combined. Private Blue Book Value on Louise is $30,000+
We are only selling Thelma because we are transitioning permanently onto a boat.
